Terms of Use, Disclosures & SMS Terms

Effective September 26, 2026. These terms cover deal-bolt.app, the waitlist and the app preview, operated by DealBolt, a T9 Business Solutions company. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Subscription terms for the DealBolt app will be provided before launch.

For licensed dealers only

DealBolt is a business tool for licensed motor vehicle dealers and people preparing to become licensed. It is not offered to consumers. You must be 18 or older and signing up on behalf of a business. Accounts are opened only after a valid dealer license is verified.

Important disclosures

  • Not a lender. DealBolt does not lend money, arrange or broker financing, hold or move funds, or make credit decisions. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or financing to anyone.
  • “Approved” is a brand name, not a credit decision. The APPROVED plate in the DealBolt logo is a trademark. It does not mean any person or vehicle is approved for credit, and dealers may not use it to imply credit approval in consumer advertising.
  • The dealer decides and is responsible. DealBolt’s calculations, rankings and recommendations are estimates to support your own decisions. You are solely responsible for every credit and pricing decision, your contracts and disclosures, and complying with the laws that apply to you, including state licensing and rate and fee limits (in Texas, OCCC and TxDMV rules), the Truth in Lending Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and laws on texting and contacting customers.
  • Not legal, tax or financial advice. Content on this site, in the app preview and in DealBolt materials is general information only.
  • No guaranteed results. Examples and sample numbers are illustrations. We do not promise any level of sales, profit, collections or savings.

The app preview

The preview is a demonstration with sample data. It may change or stop at any time. Do not use it for real customer deals or enter real customer information.

Pricing and the Founding Dealer program

Prices shown are planned launch pricing and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to buy and does not guarantee a spot. Founding Dealer pricing is offered to the first 50 eligible licensed dealers who subscribe at launch, applies to the plan described at signup, and continues only while that subscription stays active and in good standing. The setup fee is waived for Founding Dealers.

SMS Terms (text only)

  • Program: DealBolt waitlist and launch updates, onboarding scheduling, and replies to your questions, sent by text message from DealBolt (T9 Business Solutions). We do not place phone calls to waitlist members, and our number, (512) 786-2862, is for text messages only.
  • Consent: you receive texts only if you checked the optional consent box. Consent is not a condition of joining or buying.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies, typically no more than a few messages per month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@deal-bolt.app.
  • Privacy: mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no false information, spam, scraping, attempts to break security, or unlawful use. The site and preview are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, DealBolt and T9 Business Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or preview. These terms are governed by Texas law.

Trademarks

DealBolt, the DealBolt emblem, the APPROVED plate and “Buy right. Finance right. Get paid.” are marks of T9 Business Solutions. Please don’t use them without written permission.
